TERMS & CONDITIONS – KP NUTS FOR DARTS 2025 These Terms and Conditions prevail in the event of any conflict or inconsistency with any other communications, including advertising or promotional materials. Entry and claim instructions are deemed to form part of the Terms and Conditions. In the event of a conflict, these Terms and Conditions take precedence. Please retain a copy for your information.

1. THE PROMOTER: KP Snacks Limited, Fifth Floor, The Urban Building, 3-9 Albert Street, Slough, SL1 2BE, England.

2. WHO CAN ENTER: This prize draw (the “Promotion”) is only open to GB (England, Scotland, Wales), Pub businesses, retail businesses and catering businesses only (‘’Business’’), whose entrant is aged 18 years or over at the time of entry excluding employees of the Promoter and their immediate families, the Promoter’s agents, third parties or any other person professionally connected with the Promotion. The Promotion is not open in Northern Ireland, the Isle of Man, ROI, or the Channel Islands. Promotion is not open to consumers.

3. An employee entering on behalf of the Business must have the owner’s permission before participating. The winner would be the Business owner or Business Manager regardless of who made the entry.

4. Participants must have internet access to enter the Promotion. The entrant is reminded to get the owner's permission before using a computer, device and/or internet-access which is not owned or paid for by the participant to enter the Promotion. The Promoter will not be liable for any internet, or mobile connection, or other charges incurred in entering the Promotion.

6. This promotion features across promotional KP Nuts pub cards with one shared prize pool.

7. Please do not purchase more KP Nuts pub cards or cases than you are able to either store, display or sell to participate in this promotion.

8. PROMOTIONAL PERIOD:

a. The “Main Promotion Period” will begin at 10:00 on Monday 11th August 2025 (the “Opening Date”) and will end at 23:59 on Sunday 5th October 2025 (the “Main Promotion Period Closing Date”).

b. The “Late Entry Promotion” is for all entries received during the “Late Entry Promotion Period” being between 00:00 on Monday 6th October 2025 and 23:59 on Sunday 28th December 2025 (the “Late Entry Promotion Closing Date”).

9. HOW TO ENTER:

a. Purchase one (1) pub card of either KP Nuts: Original Salted Peanuts, Dry Roasted Peanuts or Aromatic Thai Chilli Flavour Coated Peanuts during the Promotional Period.

b. Go to kpnutsfordarts.com.

c. Enter your full name, the business or pub name, business or pub premises address, valid email address and mobile phone number.

d. Select if you are participating as a Pub, or a retail or catering business.

e. Upload a photo of your receipt. Receipt can be uploaded as a jpeg or pdf file. Please ensure both date of purchase and purchase details are visible. Please upload two images if it is not possible to show both of these details in one photo.

f. Only one (1) entry is permitted per Business per week during the Main Promotion. For the avoidance of doubt, only one entry per Business per week will be accepted. A Business can use only one name, address, email address and phone number to enter once per week. Each weekly entry must be accompanied by a new receipt showing a purchase made during the Promotional Period. One weekly entry = one entry into the Main Promotion draw (for a total number of eight (8) entries). One entry total during the Late Entry Promotion Period.

g. Any participant using multiple details (multiple addresses, multiple email addresses/multiple mobile numbers and/or multiple identities) to access the Promotion will be disqualified, and any Prize will be void. The Promoter reserves the right to determine, in its sole and absolute discretion, whether a participant has already submitted an entry or met the weekly entry limit and to disqualify any subsequent entries, or Prize claim. Any consumer entering the promotion will be disqualified and any Prize will be void.

h. Proof of purchase will not be accepted as proof of entry. Proof of sending your details will not be accepted as proof of delivery or receipt of entry. Incomplete, illegal, misdirected or entries received outside of the applicable Promotion Period will not be accepted, and you will not be entered into the Promotion. No responsibility can be accepted for entries that are incomplete, lost due to technical reasons, corrupted, delayed or not received for whatsoever reason.

i. Bulk entries made from trade, and any entries from consumers, consumer groups or third parties will not be accepted. Incomplete or illegible entries or via third parties or syndicates, entries by macros or other automated means and entries which do not satisfy the requirements of these terms and conditions in full will be disqualified. If it becomes apparent that a participant, business, or household is using a computer(s) or multiple aliases to access the promotion, for example, the use of 'script', 'brute force', masking their identity by manipulating IP addresses, using multiple email addresses or addresses, using identities other than their own or any other automated means to increase that participant's entries, sharing receipts, falsifying receipts, acting fraudulently or dishonestly in the opinion of the Promoter, that participant and Business entries will be disqualified, and any Prize will be void.

10. MAIN PROMOTION PRIZES

a. Only available to Pub Business participants: one prize of a visit from Luke Littler to their pub (“Luke Littler Event”) (the “Main Prize”).

b. Available to all Business participants: one prize of a year’s supply of KP Nut pub cards (“Runners-up Prize”). Runners-up choice of flavours. A year’s supply is provided as 12x cases (7x pub cards per case). Volume calculated as 1764 packs a year (34x packs a week). There are 21x packs per pub card and 7x pub cards per case. Therefore, 84x cards per year = 12x cases. Retail value £1,941 - 1764 packs x RRP £1.10 (price correct as of 26.3.25).

11. MAIN PROMOTION WINNER SELECTION

a. Pub Business participants only: For each weekly entry, an eligible/valid Pub Business participant will be allocated one entry for a chance to win the Main Prize (maximum of 8 entries in total). Within 5 working days of the Main Promotion Period a winner will be drawn by a random computer generator under the supervision of an independent person and allocated to the first eligible/valid Pub Business participant drawn (a “Main Prize Winner”).

b. All Business participants: For each weekly entry, a participant will be allocated one entry for a chance to win a Runners-up Prize (maximum 8 entries in total). The four Runners-up will be drawn by a random computer generator under the supervision of an independent person and allocated to the first four eligible/valid participants drawn (each a “Runners-up Winner”).

c. The Main Promotion draw will take place within five working days of the Main Promotion Closing Date.

d. A Business can win a maximum of one Prize total.

12. MAIN WINNER NOTIFICATION AND PRIZE FULFILMENT

a. The Main Prize Winner will receive a phone call and email within 14 working days of the Main Promotion Closing Date (the “Initial Prize Notification Date”). The Main Prize Winner will have 14 days from the phone call/ receipt of this email to claim and accept the Main Prize and provide proof of Pub Business (company registration or VAT certificate, or in case of sole trader proof of trading). If the Main Prize Winner does not respond within the first 7 days of the Initial Prize Notification Date, they will be emailed again and given a further 7 days to respond. If contact cannot be made, or the Prize is not claimed within 14 days of the Initial Prize Notification Date, or if the Prize is withheld, Prize entitlement will be withdrawn, and the Main Prize will be allocated to a new Pub Business winner drawn at the same time as the original.

b. The Luke Littler Event will take place at a time specified by the Promoter who will take into account the requests of the Main Prize Winner and Luke Littler in 2025 or 2026. Any such appearance by Luke Littler will be subject to his availability. The Main Prize Winner will be given 4 weeks’ notice in advance of the date. There is no choice of date, and the event shall take place at a time decided by the Promoter but always subject to Luke Littler’s schedule.

c. Luke Littler will attend the Main Prize Winner ’s pub premises for between 2 and 4 hours and activities will be agreed between the Promoter and Main Prize Winner in advance of the event.

d. Subject to the Main Prize Winner’s consent, the Promoter’s third-party agency will decorate the pub with KP Nuts branded items in advance, but on the same day as the event, and will work with the Main Prize Winner to find a convenient time.

e. The Main Prize Winner is responsible for the event’s compliance with all laws applicable to hosting an event of this type, including but not limited to compliance with all health and safety requirements and licensing regulations.

f. The Main Prize Winner is not permitted to sell tickets to the Luke Littler event, for either commercial gain or charitable benefit.

g. The Main Prize winner can limit entry to its customers by way of a free ticket process. The number of customers at the event cannot exceed the premises’ permitted number of customers and the Promoter will advise if there is a maximum number of customers that can attend the event.

h. The Main Prize Winner will need to ensure suitable security is available at the premises to ensure the number of customers at the event is not exceeded.

i. The Main Prize Winner must not inflate the price of any item normally sold from the Pub Business, during the Luke Littler event.

j. Failure to adequately comply with the requirements set out in clauses 12(e) to (i) could lead to cancellation of the event and the Promoter shall not be required to arrange another event. The decision to cancel the event under this clause shall be entirely at the Promoter’s discretion.

k. The Main Prize does not include cost to communicate prize with customers, any beverages, dart board and darts, additional costs incurred by the Main Prize winner to decorate (other than as stated) or change to its premises in any way.

13. RUNNER UP NOTIFICATION AND PRIZE FULFILMENT

a. The four Runners-up Winners will each receive a phone call and email within 14 working days of the Main Promotion Closing Date (the “Runners-up Prize Notification Date”). Each Runner-up Winner will have 14 days from the Runners-up Prize Notification Date to claim and accept the Runners-up Prize and provide proof of Business (company registration or VAT certificate, or in case of sole trader proof of trading). If a Runner-up Winner does not respond within 7 days of the Runners-up Prize Notification Date, they will be emailed again and given a further 7 days to respond. If contact cannot be made, or the Runner-up Prize is not claimed within 14 days of the Runners-up Prize Notification Date, or if the Runner-up Prize is withheld, Runner-up Prize entitlement will be withdrawn, and the Runner-up Prize will be allocated to a new Runner-up drawn at the same time as the original.

b. Each Runner-up Prize will be sent by courier service to the Business address inputted at the point of entry Each Runner-up Prize will be sent as three cases per quarter and dispatched within the first week of the first month of each quarter.

14. LATE ENTRY PROMOTION PERIOD & LATE ENTRY WINNER SELECTION

a. There is one prize available to win within the Late Entry Promotion Period. The prize is 1 x year’s supply of KP Nuts as described in Clause 10b (the “Late Entry Prize”).

b. The winner will be drawn by a random computer generator under the supervision of an independent person, from all entries received within the Late Entry Promotion Period and allocated to the first eligible/valid participant drawn (the “Late Entry Winner”).

c. Only one entry per Business during the Late Entry Promotion.

d. A Business can win a prize in both Main Promotion and Late Entry Promotion.

e. The Late Entry Winner will each receive a phone call and email within 14 working days of the end of the Late Entry Promotion Period (the “Late Entry Prize Notification Date”). Each Late Entry Winner will have 14 days from the Late Entry Prize Notification Date to claim and accept the Late Entry Prize and provide proof of Business (company registration or VAT certificate, or in case of sole trader proof of trading). If the Late Entry Winner does not respond within 7 days of the Late Entry Prize Notification Date, they will be emailed again and given a further 7 days to respond. If contact cannot be made, or the Late Entry Prize is not claimed within 14 days of the Late Entry Prize Notification Date, or if the Late Entry Prize is withheld, Late Entry Prize entitlement will be withdrawn, and the Late Entry Prize will be allocated to a new Late Entry participant drawn at the same time as the original.

f. The Late Entry Prize will be sent by courier to the Business address inputted at the point of entry. Each Late Entry Prize will be sent as three cases per quarter and dispatched within the first week of the first month of each quarter.

15. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Insofar as is permitted by law, the Promoter and its agents will not in any circumstances be responsible or liable to compensate participants for any losses that may be incurred as a result of entering the Promotion and the Promoter does not accept any liability for any loss or damage whatsoever occurring as a result of a winner’s entry or acceptance of a prize. Nothing in these Terms and Conditions shall limit the Promoter’s liability for death or injury to a prize winner caused by the negligence of the Promoter or its agents.

16. PUBLICITY AND DATA PROTECTION

a. Any personal information that participants share with the Promoter will be kept secure and only used in line with these Terms and Conditions and the Promoter’s Privacy Policy. By entering this promotion, participants agree that their information may be used by the Promoter to administer the promotion. Participants' personal data will be used and will be held in accordance with the Promoter's Privacy Policy, which is available at kpnuts.com/privacy-policy/.

b. The Business name and county of the Main Promotion Winner, Runners-Up Winners and Late Entry Promotion winner will be made available to anyone who requests it by sending an email to help@kpnutsfordarts.com within 1 month of the Late Entry Promotion Closing Date. Winners may request their Business name and county are not published in the event they win by emailing help@kpnutsfordarts.com before the Late Entry Promotion Closing Date save that disclosure to regulatory authorities may still be required.

c. The Winners and runners-up may be asked to take part in reasonable publicity without payment. Such publicity may include, without limitation, using the participant’s name and the business name and, if relevant, their image and any statements made by them concerning the Promotion and the Prize won as part of the Promotion. The Promoter will not use a participant’s personal data for publicity purposes without the participant’s consent. This does not prevent the Promoter from disclosing the winner/runners-up surname and county of residence in accordance with paragraph 16b of these Terms and Conditions.

17. GENERAL

a. It is the responsibility of the participant to provide their correct, up-to-date details when entering this Promotion and/or confirming acceptance of any Prize in order for their Prize to be processed. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for participants or Winners or Runners-up failing to supply accurate information which affects any acceptance and/or delivery of any Prize.

b. Prizes are not transferable, they cannot be resold, and there are no cash (in respect of prizes that are not specified as cash) or alternative prizes, in whole or part. The Prize must be accepted as offered by the relevant named winners/runners-up.

c. The Promoter reserves the right to replace a Prize with an alternative prize of equal or higher value if circumstances beyond the Promoter’s control makes it necessary to do so.

d. All Prizes are non-transferable and non-exchangeable.

e. The Promoter does not accept any responsibility in the event a Winner or Runner-Up is not able to take their Prize.

f. Promoter’s decision is final and binding in relation to all matters relating to the Promotion. No correspondence will be entered into.

g. By entering this Promotion a participant agrees to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

h. Instructions provided at the point of entry form part of the Terms and Conditions of this Promotion. In the event of a conflict, these Terms and Conditions take precedence.

i. The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any entries made using anonymous, disposable and or temporary email services such as, but not limited to, Apple, Guerilla Mail, Dispostable, and Mailinator as well as any programmatically generated or manually created email addresses on platforms including, but not limited to Outlook, Gmail, Yahoo Mail, or BT Internet domains, for the purpose of circumventing these Terms and Conditions. The Promoter reserves the right to determine, in its sole and absolute discretion if a participant or a Winner or Runner-up has used any such service and withdraw prize entitlement.

j. The Promoter reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to eliminate or disqualify any entries or participants that it regards as being in breach of these Terms and Conditions or the spirit of the Promotion. Those who try to circumvent the entry process and/or entry instructions by any method, will be disqualified and any Prize award will be void.

k. The Promoter reserves the right to cancel, amend, withdraw, terminate or temporarily suspend this Promotion in the event of any unforeseen circumstances or technical reason outside its reasonable control, with no liability to any participants or third parties but will use all reasonable endeavours to avoid consumer disappointment. Such circumstances include, but are not limited to industrial action, civil unrest, fire, flood, storms, earthquakes, acts of terrorism, acts of war, governmental action or any other event that is beyond the control of the Promoter.

l. The Promoter takes no responsibility for entries that are delayed, incomplete or lost due to technical reasons or otherwise.

m. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for system errors or other issues that may result in disruption to winner notifications or Prizes. The Promoter or its agencies will not be responsible for the non-inclusion of entries, including any such failure which is within the control of The Promoter or its agencies.

o. The Promoter reserves the right to verify the Main Promotion Winner, Runners-up Winners and Late Entry Winner, and ask for proof of full name, age and address, proof of Business and to request ID before a Prize can be dispatched and to withdraw Prize entitlement where there are reasonable grounds to believe there has been a breach of these Terms and Conditions. Proof of identity and address must match address details provided at the point of entry.

p. If any clause or provision of these Terms and Conditions is declared by a court to be illegal, invalid or unenforceable, this declaration shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any other clause or provision within.

q. These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws of England and Wales and the courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction in relation to any dispute concerning them.
